He was predeceased by: his grandmother Helena Kay Cain; and his father-in-law James Millin. He is survived by: his wife Kimberli Mendinghall; his daughters, Deziray Howard, Kassandra Millin, Karen Peters, Izabell Mendinghall, Cydney Mendinghall and Abbigail Mendinghall; his mother Diana Cain; and his siblings, Jeremy Cain, Alex Cain, Tristan Cain, Ryan Cain, Chad Lawson and Savannah Cain.
