He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward O'Field and Eunice O'Field (Raper); his daughter Nellie Nicole O'Field; his sister Rosetta Blackbear; and his grandson Hilario Martinez IV.
He is survived by: his wife Felicia; his children, Joshua James O'Field of Pryor and Faith Shereen O'Field of Kenwood; his siblings, Jeffery O'Field of Kenwood, Loretta Buffington of Spavinaw, Debbie O'Field of Kenwood and Mary Bendabout of Kenwood; and his grandchildren, Makena Mae O'Field and Hope Arabella Martinez.
