She was predeceased by: her parents, Max E. Evans and Eleanor B. Evans (Magnuson); and her significant other Randall Leach. She is survived by: her children, Cassie Trent, Randall Leach, Jr. (Yvonne) of Chicago, Matthew Leach of Peoria and Wes McGowand (Heather) of Peoria, Illinois; her grandchildren, J. R. Leach of Chicago, L. B. Leach of Chicago and Ariana Fewell of Marseilles, Illinois; her sister Betty Dageforde (Tad) of St. Louis, Missouri; her nephew Christiaan Dageforde (Rebecca) of Chicago, Illinois; her niece Bea Dageforde of Los Angeles, California; and her close friend Vikki Price (Diesel). She is also survived by numerous cousins and lifelong friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Nancy's memory to the Shriner's, Toys for Tots, or Susan G. Komen Foundation.
