He is survived by: his mother Glenna Lynne Applegate (Bond); his stepfather Melvin Applegate of Locust Grove, OK; his sisters, Chelsy Leigh Smith of Broken Arrow, OK, Kylee Jo Andrews (Mickey) of Locust Grove, OK and Lacy Lynne Smith (Trenton Pritchett); and his nieces and nephews, Madison, Julius, Riggin Spur, Rosin T., JoLee Jean and Clara Mae. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives, & a host of friends.
