He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Phipps and Marybelle Phipps (Pullum); and his siblings, Norman, Roy, Marion, Helen and Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Phipps; his daughters, Kathryn Demaree (Rodney) of Pryor and Emily Link (Thomas) of Strang, Oklahoma; the mother of his children Donna Jacobs of Pryor, Oklahoma; his daughter Stephanie Higgins of Chouteau, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Travis Link, Makayla Roberts (Dakota), Cheyenne Demaree, Dakota Demaree, Ethan Higgins and Luke Higgins; his great grandchildren, Silas Link, Brooklynn Roberts and Kylee Roberts; and his sister Hazel Williams (Bill) of Arizona. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
