He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lewis; his daughter Kendal Roberts (Ryan) of Claremore; his grandchildren, Matthew, Payton and Luke; his daughter Jamie Tew (Keith) of Owasso; his grandchildren, Gavin, Olivia, Sophia and Tori; his daughter Ashley Nelson (Chad) of Claremore; and his grandchild Charlee. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
