He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Deshong and Alma Deshong (Pendley); and his stepson Charles Kranz. He is survived by: his wife Penny Deshong; his stepdaughter Kimberly Kranz of Inola, Oklahoma; his stepsister Kay Butterfield (Ron) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his friend Bonnie Hammond (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
As a dedicated member of this fraternal organization, he embodied their principles of brotherhood, charity, and goodwill towards all.
