She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Bates and Patricia Bates; her daughter Sheila Williams; her siblings, Jimmy Bates and Colleene Carpenter; and her nephews, Steven Cooper, Chad Weaver and Jamin Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Brady Williams and Keith Williams of Texas; and her siblings, Bucky Bates of Locust Grove, OK, Fred Bates (Verna) of Pryor, OK, Bryce Bates (Pam) of Locust Grove, OK and Judy Smith (Jack) of Pryor, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to a local animal rescue shelter in memory of Janice.
