He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Armstrong and Charlene Armstrong (Oldacre). He is survived by: his wife Cris Armstrong of Pryor, Oklahoma; his children, James Armstrong of Inola, OK, Steven Dowd of Teresita, OK, Terri Cooper of Inola, OK and Teresa Longbine of Claremore, OK; and his siblings, Fred Armstrong of Pryor, OK and Sandra Highslope of Pryor, OK. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
