He is survived by: his wife Pamela Arnold; his daughter Brittany Williams (Hank) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; his sisters, Michelle Arnold of Henryetta, Oklahoma and Joann Arnold of Henryetta, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Patrick, Kaylee, Karlee and Kelsey. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
