He is survived by: his wife Margaret McNair; his family, Shelley Dale Amick (Matthew), Clayton Nathan Dale (Rachel), Keith Robert Dale (Tiffany), Heather Davidson Hilleman (Chris), Culley Davidson Lichtenberg (Ken) and AnnByron Davidson Guditis (Jeremi); his siblings, Charles Dale (Judy) and Pamela Dale Migliaccio (Margaret); his children, Shelley, Clayton and Keith; his grandchildren, Olivia, Max, Molly, Hunter and Colton; his great grandchild Gabriel; his stepchildren, Heather, Culley and AnnByron; and his grandchildren, Bobby, Ty, Savannah, Penn, Whitley and Noah. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
