She is survived by: her children, Jeff Hazen of Disney, Jill Pevehouse of Pryor and Susie Taylor (Curtis) of Pryor; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Hazen of Tulsa, Jared Hazen (Jaqueline) of Alaska, Sammi Stafford (John) of Pryor, Jamie Hazen, Aly of Claremore, Jordan Hazen of Pryor, Michael Cooper of Chouteau, Matthew Cooper (Alicia) of Sand Springs, Jarica York of Pryor, Gabriel Cooper of Chouteau and Christopher Cooper of Pryor. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
