He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Wesley Blizzard (Melinda) and Denise Powell (Joel); his grandson Anthony Powell (Seth); his great grandchildren, Brantley and Hudson Powell; and his siblings, Roy Blizzard (Billie), Robert Blizzard and Jane Williams (Charley).
