He is survived by: his wife Sheri; his children, Matthew Madole (Traci), Sarah Dean (Christopher), Kristen Hibbard-Scott (Matthew) and Jordan Madole (Haley); his grandchildren, Dylan, Zander, Bryson, Isaac, Drake, Jada, Bethany, Titus, Christian, Reid, Quinn, McKenna and Dallas Jay; his sisters, Billie Jo Humphrey (Mike) and Rita Sevcik (Chuck); his siblings-in-law, Lonnie Smith, Jeffrey Stafford (Carol) and Deana McCloud; and his father-in-law Charles Stafford. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
