It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chad Allen Felts of Pryor, Oklahoma, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clyde Dennis Felts and Marilyn Felts (Gaffney); his wife Rachelle Tuttle; and his children, Rya and Cayden.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Mayes County Youth Football Association, the German Shepherd Rescue Foundation, or to any local mental health charity.
