She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Reed and Virginia Reed (Herst); and her husband Terry Smith. She is survived by: her children, Terry Lee Smith, Jr. of Boley, Oklahoma and Renee Burns (Gage) of Chouteau, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Colton Bradshaw (Jacklyn) of Salina, Cori Oberg (Tate) of Pryor and Lacee Smith of Catoosa; her great grandchildren, Emma, Preslea, Alana, Taylee, Lincoln and Mayzee; and her siblings, Denise Carter of Lompoc, California and Carl Reed (Nancy) of Pryor, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
