He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ann Walters; his parents, Paul Walters and Willie Mae Walters; his stepmother Bernice Walters; his parents-in-law, Howard Witt and Mary Witt; his brother Richard Walters; his siblings-in-law, Bob Witt, Lynn Alldredge and Wanda Smith; and his grandson Jonathan Walters.
He is survived by: his children, Carloss Walters, Jr. (Valijean) of Pryor, Terry Walters, Audra Mathews of Pryor, Oklahoma and Sandra Walters of Claremore, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Paul Walters, Jr. (Janice) of Desoto, Texas and Doris Jean Alldredge of Shawnee, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
