W. Pettit of Nowata, OK; his siblings, Johnann Forkner of Chouteau, OK, Andrew Easky of Muskogee, OK, Anita Ford of Tulsa, OK and Kelly Easky of Blue Springs, Missouri.; his wife Willie Jo Murphy Beem; and his daughter Brenda Colene Mitchell. He is also survived by parents, grandsons, brothers and sisters.
