He is survived by: his mother Mary Embrey (Sexton) of Virgina; his wife Becky; his children, Titus Embrey of Daytona Beach, Daniel Alton (Amanda) of Wagoner, Chance Cox of Pryor, Vashdi Embrey of Daytona Beach and Rachael Alton of Adair; his siblings, Joe Embrey of Virgina, Frank Embrey of Virgina, Jackie Payne, Ruthie Payne and Becky Payne; and his grandchildren, Connor, Morgan and Abigail. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
