He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Douglas and Nora Belle Smith; his wife Alma Smith; his children, James Clifton Smith and Phyllis Ann Davis (Smith); his son-in-law Reggie Anderson; and his siblings, William Smith (Minnie), Dallas Smith (Dorothy), Anna Smith, Irene Womack (J. B.), Lottie James (Ray), Maxine Mayo (Herman), Esterlene Fletcher (Paul) and Millie Burns (Johnny).
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Anderson of Prague and Gregg Smith (Judi) of Prague; his son-in-law Jody Davis (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Shawn Anderson (Brandi), Ryan Anderson (Bryna), Amy Rich (Tim), Cara Raines (Matt), Michael Smith (Kim) and Steven Smith (Kat); his great grandchildren, Macyn Anderson, Abby Anderson, Arissa Magness, Jake Raines, Cade Anderson, Kailey Rich, Eli Raines, Austin Anderson, Gracey Rich, Brennyn Smith, Leah Raines, Emma Raines and Holly Smith; his great great grandchild Beckham Grey; his brother Gene Smith (Edith); and his brother-in-law Charles Tucker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to either the First Baptist Church of Prague, or the Tyler Smith Memorial Scholarship Foundation through BancFirst.
