He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his children, Rick and Connie (Kevin); his granddaughters, Jessica, Shannon and Breana; his great grandchild Kaden of Guthrie; and his sisters-in-law, Maxine Lokey of Prague and Avis Jean VanZant of Prague. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
