He was predeceased by: his stepfather Jerry Hause; his sister-in-law Phyllis Davis; his aunts and uncles, Doyle Lee (Ruth), Gene Lee (AdaBell), Jimmy Lee (Juanita), John Lee (Geneva), Bill Lee, Palmer Cooper (Henry), Theo Eastep (Raymond), Bobbie Smith (Ben), Clara Faye White (Paul) and Linda Allen (C. O. Those); his sons, Shawn Anderson (Brandi) and Ryan Anderson (Bryna); his mother Martha Hause; his grandchildren, Macyn Anderson, Abby Anderson, Cade Anderson and Austin Anderson; his brother Terry Hause; his uncle Dean Lee (Cheryl); and his aunts, Charlie Mae Hutchins (Claude) and Josie Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Smith; his parents-in-law, Sam and Alma Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Gregg Smith (Judi) and Jody Davis (Jennifer). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
