He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Haggy and Willery Haggy; his wife Deborah Scheulen; his granddaughter Kaylan Scheulen; and his sister Theresa Calhoun. He is survived by : his daughters, Tina Scheulen (Freddy Hernandez) of Rockford, Sheila Gilbreath of Norman and Cynthia Groehler (Kelly) of Prague; his step-son Frank Cossey of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Nicholas Groehler of Prague, Gavin Cossey of Paden, OK, Chase Scheulen of Norman, Mike Leird of Norman, Mikayla Scheulen of Henderson, Eryiah Stone of Norman, Shelby Szwic of Rockford and Abby Szweic of Rockford, Illinois; Granddaughter Savannah Joseph of Pleasantville, Ohio; great grand children Cody and Cassidy Stone of Rockford, Illinois. His siblings, Christine Henager (Dennis) of Noble, Cynthia Lee (Steve) of Bengal, Christine Payne (John) of Muskogee and Ed Haggy of Lexington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
