She is survived by: her parents, Clyde Kinsworthy and Ruth Kinsworthy (Bethell); her children, Jared White and Renee McDade; her grandchildren, Dawson and Lilian; her boyfriend Martin Lamberger; and her brothers, Brent Kinsworthy (Jessica) and Dustin Kinsworthy (Regina). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
