He was predeceased by: his father Sherman Phillip Floyd; and his sister Toni Thompson. He is survived by: his mother Linda Frances (Jones) of Oklahoma City; his brother Bob of Norman; his nephews, Scott (Heather) and Michael (Stephanie); his brother-in-law Mick (Peggy); his great-niece Micah; his great-nephews, Brennan of Edmond and Garrett of Edmond; his uncle Curt Floyd (Donna) of Dallas; and his aunt Judy Jones Milholland of Yukon.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Poteau First Baptist Church.
