She is survived by: her close friend Kevin Lay; her husband Kevin Lay; her daughters, Alicia Buckner (William) of Woodall and Cassie Carloss of Tahlequah, OK.; her siblings, Billie Joe Kelley (Frances) of Proctor, OK, Jerry Kelley (Carolyn) of Jay, OK, Michael Kelley (Tammy) of Tahlequah, Ruthie McGowin of Park Hill, OK, Maudie Glass (Bobby), Thelma Stump of Deepwater, MO, Judy Bear of Westville, OK and Kathy Leroy of Kansas, OK.; and her grandchildren, Ellic Miller, Raven Claxton, Hannah Coleman, Xander Coleman, Kyla Jones, Kobe Jones, Brandon Jones, Isabel Kelley, Connor McKee and Addison Carloss. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
