He is survived by: his mother Shirley Drain Jordan; his daughter Magen Polk; his grandchildren, Junior Polk, Marty Polk and Sammy Polk; his daughter Jula Jordan; his grandchildren, Michael Polk, Marisah Polk and Maximus Jordan; his children, William Jordan, Trey Jordan and Melody Jordan; his sister Louise; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Guthrie and Amanda Spillers. He is also survived by three nieces and three nephews.
