He is survived by: his children, Brandon Self, Brent Self, William Self, Jalyndia Baker of Poteau, OK. and Kendra Booker (Billy); his grandchildren, Maddison Self, Peyton Palmer, Kyleigh Palmer, Cheyenne Fields and Cherokee Fields; his brother Ronald Joe Self of Panama, OK.; and his aunts, Patricia "Sissy" Allen, Sylvia Lorene "Dean" Casey and Jackie Bates (John) of Keota, OK.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and friends.
