He is survived by: his wife Etta Faye; his daughter Susan Crowder (Randy) of Weatherford, OK; his grandchildren, Diana Holdman (James), Michael Bradshaw (Rhonda), Christina Avery and Bobbi Jo Perez (Carmelino); his great grandchildren, Stefanie Ivey (Jason), Tori Maxwell, Christyl Morgan, Marcos Perez and Christian Perez; his great great grandchildren, Stormie Ivey, Nathan Maxwell and Kennedi Williams; and his siblings, Frankie Weaver of Rock Island, OK and Judy of Miller. He is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
