He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn Jane Norman; his brother Andy Reece; and his sister-in-law Rosie Shaver. He is survived by: his father Daniel Shaffer; his wife Connie Shaffer (Palmer); his children, Tabitha Butler (Daniel), Cassie Walls (Josh), Kayleigh Tippit (Michael) and Anthony Carlson; and his siblings, Robin Bond (Ben) and Stephen Norman (Rhonda). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
