He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Grayson and Irene Sugar; his brother Eddie Sugar; and his son Joshy. He is survived by: his wife Pam Polk; his brother Dewayne Heard; and his sons, Thomas Longnecker (Torrey) of Oklahoma City, John Qualls (Treva Cox) of Sperry and Earl Polk (Crystal) of Okmulgee. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grand children, and a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins.
