He is survived by: his wife Colleen Slape; his children, Stephen James Slape of Okmulgee and Joni Miller (Lonnie) of Broken Arrow; his brother John Slape (Paula) of Angier; his grandchildren, Laci Slape of Preston, Logan James Slape (Dani) of Okmulgee, Melissa Miller of Tulsa and Matthew Miller (Lindsay Powell) of Tulsa; and his great grandchildren, Adrianne Wilson of Preston and Eastin James Slape of Okmulgee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
