He was predeceased by: his former wife Sheila Faye Miller; his parents, William Thomas Miller and Cora Winnie Mae Miller (Brumley); and his sisters, Wilma Ingram and Shirley Fox.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Christine Miller Coy of Okmulgee, DeLisa Kaye Miller of Tulsa, Isaac Glenn Thomas Miller, Jr. of Lexington, GA and David Wayne Miller of Okmulgee; and his sisters, Joyce Woodall and Sharon Mast. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
