He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marvin, Millie Grimmett, Harvey and Jura Yocham; and his niece Hannah Wahnee.
He is survived by: his children, Jacob of Morris and Whitley Grimmett of Okmulgee; his grandchildren, Brandie (Trent Green) of Coweta, Cadence, Riggin and Dallie Green; his mother Kay Grimmett of Liberty Morris; his siblings, Alicia (Tommy Wahnee) of Liberty Morris and David (JoNell Grimmett) of Okmulgee; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle (Shelly Wahnee) of Liberty Morris, Tyler (Emily Wahnee) of Liberty Morris, Katie Grimmett of Okmulgee and Zach Grimmett of Columbia, Maryland..
