With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Booker T. Whittaker IV of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 30, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Booker Whittaker III and Roberta Whittaker; his son Booker Whittaker V; and his sister Vivian Walker. He is survived by: his wife Ann Brown; his children, Andre McGee (Kia) of Okmulgee, Lewis Brown, Natasha Brown and Valerie Adams (Larry Sr.); his grandsons, Dreyson (Addalyn Mcgee) and Krishawn (Brandon Brown); and his daughter-in-law Michelle Whittaker. He is also survived by three great- granddaughters and one great grandson.
