He was predeceased by: his mother Cora Hubbard; his stepfather Joe Hubbard; his brother Charles Wilson; his granddaughter Khloe Washington; and his sister-in-law Barbara Homer.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Paul (Ravon), Emmanuel, Marlon Wilson and Payge; his stepdaughters, Angela Washington and Kristi Dixon; and his grandchildren, Liliana, Kylie, Kiara, Kolbi and Elijah. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Paul was also an active member of the Norman Rotary Club, proud of more than 25 years of perfect attendance until Covid-19.
