He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard Morgan and Elizabeth Thressia Morgan (White); and his siblings, Carole Ann Smith, Marilyn Yandle, John Wayne Morgan and Jack Morgan.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Morgan; his son Casey Morgan (Sarah) of Glasgow, Kentucky; his brother Bob Morgan of Henryetta; his siblings-in-law, Cindi Hickmott of Austin, Texas, Danny Couch (Judy) of Fort Worth and Scott Couch (Kathy) of Austin, Texas; and his grandchildren, Rylee, Zack, Judah and Josiah.
