He is survived by: his wife Donna Choate of Newcastle, OK; his sons, Dusty Choate of Newcastle, Kyle Choate (Jamie) of Newcastle and Christopher Choate of Newcastle; his granddaughters, Presly, Cambry and Kensington Choate of Newcastle; his mother Shirley Choate of Tuttle; his sister Sheila Williams (Coy) of Tuttle; and his mother-in-law Betty Riggle of Moore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members and friends.
