He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Henderson, Jr. and Mildred Lanell Henderson (Weatherly); and his brother Tommy Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Connie Henderson (Strayer) of Newcastle; his sons, Aaron Malcolm of Newcastle, Grant Malcolm of Norman and Jon Malcolm of Norman; and his sister Candace Odom of Fort Worth, Texas.
