It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Turner (Newcastle, Oklahoma), born in Gilmer, Texas, who passed away on December 5, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Thomas Mitchell and Mary Agnes Mitchell (Ambrose); her husband Earl Turner; and her siblings, Eloise Eggleston, Desa Wallace, Willa Mae Page, Ernest Page and Roy Benz.
She is survived by: her children, Rebekkah Canary (James) of Bridge Creek, Leon Turner of Newcastle, Jerry Turner of Newcastle and Darrell Turner (Nancy) of Bridge Creek; her grandchildren, Michael Turner (Jennifer) of Moore, Kristie Walker (Brandon) of Tuttle and Trista Dawson; and her brother Johnny Benz of Marshall. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loved ones and friends.
