He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frank Allen and Lorraine Pearl Allen (Mizie); his wife Phyllis Sharon Howard; and his brothers, Roger, Steve and Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Tammie Vickers (Jeff) of Oklahoma City, Susan Allen (Tirk Wilder) of Oklahoma City, Angela Dugger of Newcastle and James Allen (Carla) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Adam), Logan, Landon, Connor, Carson and Cheyenne; and his great grandchildren, Aiden and Liam. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
