He was predeceased by: his father Reverend James David Manuel; and his brother Douglas Lee Manuel. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rae Manuel; his children, Marissa Turner (Dustin Turner), Aaron Manuel (Amanda Manuel) and Allen Manuel (Jacinda Manuel); his grandchildren, Brian Manuel (Rachael Manuel), Braxton, Annalise, Ezra, Adam and Axle; his mother Wanda Lee Manuel (Race); and his brothers, Kenneth, Jeffrey, Charlie and Steve Manuel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
