He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Courtney and Minnie Woods Courtney; his children, Donna Woods and Rick Courtney; and his siblings, Butch, Paul, Bill Courtney, Ozella Moffett and Jo Ross.
He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Jean Brown; his wife Carol Jean Courtney; his children, Kay Dyer and Jamie Brewer of Oklahoma; and his siblings, Albert Courtney (Chris) and Margie Folsom (Wendall). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren Several Great Grandchildren Several Great Great Grandchildren.
