She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Buddy" Rogers and Barbara Rogers (Parker); and her sister Mary Vales (Rogers). She is survived by: her husband Richard Sample of Mounds, OK; her children, Melanie Coday of Broken Arrow, OK and Richie Sample of Tulsa, OK; and her brother Buster Rogers of Collierville, TN. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren: 3 great grandchildren.
