He is survived by: his wife Jan Kinslow; his daughters, Tamara (Tony Miller) and Kortni (Trevor Torralba); his stepdaughter Jana (Justin Hathaway); his grandchildren, Dylan Miller, Lauren Miller, Setde and Tedan Torralba; his stepgrandchildren, Odin Hathaway and Taylor (Brady Brock); his great grandchild Anakin Brock; his siblings, Peggy (Frank Burris), Paul (Sherry Zellner), Karen Chatham, Jennie Kinslow and Barbara Madison; and his brothers-in-law, Eric Smith (Vicki) and Cort Smith (Leigh).
