She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Essie Downum; her husband Delmon Rumsey; her sons, Delmon Rumsey Jr., Michael W. Rumsey, Daniel "Lance" Rumsey and Monty Rumsey; and her siblings, Arlie Downum, Henry Orville Downum, Lottie Marie Downum, William Ray Downum, Freddie Lee Downum, Virginia May Downum, Barbara Jolene Downum, Thurman Cole Downum, Freyda Carole Downum, Robert Roy Downum and Francis Russell Downum.

She is survived by: her daughter Jeanne Graves; her son-in-law Melvin; her grandchildren, Candice Dolan (Shawn), Thomas Graves, Joshua Rumsey (Lauren), Matthew Rumsey (Rachel), Jennifer Rumsey (Michael), Jet Rumsey, Lexy Rumsey, Kaycee Rumsey, Presley Rumsey, Ryann Rumsey (Garett), Jax Rumsey, Austin Rumsey and Allie Rumsey; her great grandchildren, Denton Dolan, Mackenzie Gray, Kalie Gray, Kelsey Gray, Gideon Rumsey, Magnolia Rumsey, Isiah Rumsey, Calvin Rumsey and Savannah Bean; and her daughters-in-law, Susan Rumsey, Kay Rumsey, Amy Rumsey and Caryn Rumsey.
