She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cunningham and Vera Cunningham (Jones); her husbands, Jim Grisham and Amado Guzman; her stepson Adam Guzman; and her brothers, David, Dennis, James Cunningham (Buddy), Gregory Cunningham and John Cunningham (Mickey).
She is survived by: her siblings, Wilma Annette Rhodes, Patricia Shafer, Jeanie Nix, Millie Steadman and Tim Cunningham. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
