He is survived by: his children, James Yates (Connie) of Cleora, OK, Charles Yates (Shelly) of Chouteau, OK, Lea Anne Boyd (JT) of Miami, OK, Carol Yates of Miami, OK and Cheryl Stacy (Daniel) of Grove, OK; his friend Mary Ann Yates of Miami, OK; and his sister Linda Roudabush of Albuquerque, NM. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
