He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Brinker and Jane Brinker (Malaney); and his sisters, Barbara Edinger and Carol Dalton. He is survived by: his wife Donna Rich; his son Richard Brinker; his grandchildren, Odessa Rich, Charles Rich Jr. and Aimee Sansing; and his siblings, Burt Brinker, Sheryl Uthe and Roxanne Juliano.
