He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jones and Florence Jones (Lewis); his daughter Cheryl Ann Jones; and his siblings, Thurman, Allen, Homer, Donald Jones, Alma Spainhower and Retha Sweeton.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Jones; his children, Ronal Jones (Penny) of Baxter Springs, KS and Sharon Ryser (Preston) of Quapaw, OK; his sister Erma Poteet of Joplin, MO; his grandchildren, Sara Taylor, Jennifer Schibi, Christina Herrerra, Thomas Hughes, Preston H. Ryser, Joe Ryser and Rachel Guerra; his nieces, Amy Blair and Amanda Blair Volentine; his great-nieces, ReAnnah Blair and Kamrynn Andrews; and his great-nephew Rase Blair. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
